Warranty Exchange Policy

If your product is defective due to a flaw in manufacturing (i.e. a protruding coil, a tear in the seam, an appreciable sag, etc.), it may be eligible for a manufacturer’s warranty replacement. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer, and they differ from manufacturer to manufacturer, and in some cases between different products by the same manufacturer. It can sometimes be confusing. But no need to worry because we are here to assist you through the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.
If you believe your purchase is affected by a manufacturing defect, you should FIRST contact the store in which you purchased your merchandise. If the store advises you that a warranty claim is pertinent to your particular situation, then please follow the instruction below.
